This site looks like it going though a lot of changes when you look at some pages the site navigation has drop down and other pages the same menu item is not a drop down.
is Designed as a
- Header with site navigation
- 2 column content
- left 630 px with the other half of the site navigation -- right 170px
- there is a footer that is 100% of the client.
- this is a this is a combination of Table Design and CSS and Div design
- does not presents correctly in Lynx text reader no h1 header
- CSS failure cause the site to be all jumbled and shows several problems like semantics coding
- Images not being on the site is still functional but the alt tag are missing
